Get ready for the sixth annual Milwaukee/NARI Foundation Home Improvement Rummage Sale sponsored by Joe DeBelak Plumbing & Heating Co. Inc. Presented by Eagle Disposal and Milwaukee Millwork, the sale will be held in the Milwaukee Millwork parking lot, 11712 W. Dixon St., Milwaukee, on May 6.
Proceeds from the sale provide money to students enrolled in building trades programs at area trade and technical schools. In addition to scholarship and endowment programs, sale proceeds are used to purchase tools and equipment for students, including textbooks and software.The sale includes both new and slightly used items such as incorrectly measured windows and doors, and cabinetry from kitchen tear-outs. Building supplies traditionally offered include appliances, lumber, doors, windows, cabinets, hardscaping materials, roof shingles, furniture, gas fireplaces, plumbing fixtures and supplies, insulation, and more.Donations are also being accepted for the sale.
